The Rockford Skating Club offers both in-person and virtual test sessions throughout the year.

Our two in-person sessions are strategically scheduled to coincide with or precede our seasonal Basic Skills competitions in February and November, held at the Carlson Ice Arena. Virtual test sessions are conducted periodically between in-person sessions to provide flexible opportunities for skaters.

All test sessions are managed through the Rockford Skating Club’s EntryEeze platform for seamless registration. Members of the Rockford Skating Club automatically receive discounted rates upon logging in and registering via the EntryEeze system.

How our club testing works.

Test Sessions Through Rockford Skating Club:

  • Skater signs up for a test, the test chair is notified;

  • Test chair downloads the exact test forms from USFSA's website;

  • Those test forms are emailed (virtual) or printed (in person) for the judges;

  • The judges then return all of their completed forms to the test chair for processing;

  • The test chair emails (virtual) or hand delivers (in person) the results directly to the skater and their coach;

  • Once the test session is complete, the test chair will upload all of the results into the USFSA website, by judge, with the scores;

  • USFSA will process the results officially;

  • Club congratulatory emails are typically sent right after the test session is completed (within a week), because the test chair has already verified the results and has them their possession.
